Service Agreement
Monthly Direct Debit Payments

One-Month Notice for Cancellation
Should you decide to discontinue our services, we require a one-month notice. This notice period helps us wrap up any ongoing work efficiently and plan our resources accordingly.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within Contract Term
Our services typically involve a 12-month contract term. We understand that circumstances may change, and should you need to cancel your contract before completing 6 months, please be aware of the following terms:
A cancellation within the first 6 months of the contract incurs a penalty. This cancellation fee will be up to 50% of the remaining contract value.
This policy is in place to cover the initial resources and efforts invested in setting up and running your campaigns.
Cancellation After 6 Months
Post the 6-month mark, should you choose to cancel, a 25% cancellation fee for the remaining months will apply and we still require the standard one-month notice to ensure a smooth transition.
General Terms and Conditions
